HARD GELATIN CAPSULES

Associated Capsules Pvt Ltd (ACPL) is amongst the world’s largest producer of hard gelatin capsules. All the hard gelatin capsule plants are ISO certified and also have DMF registration. The manufacturing units of ACPL are the only ones that have been inspected by the US FDA.

Hard gelatin capsules from ACPL are available in the entire size range – 000, 00, 00el, 0, 0el, 1, 2, 3, 4 and the very special tiny size 5 – and in a wide range of colours, with linear and circular printing possibilities.

Lukaps of Croatia, recently acquired by ACG, caters to the hard gelatin capsule requirements of Europe and the Russian continent.

CAPSULE FILLING MACHINES

Pam offers capsule filling machines with outputs from small clinical trial batches to up to 150,000 capsules per hour. Pam also offers unique capsule filling machines capable of filling powders, pellets, tablets, microtablets and liquids in hard capsules.

PACKAGING FILMS

Packshield, ACG's packaging film division, provides high-quality pharmaceutical barrier packaging films. It manufactures rigid substrate PVC film, high-moisture barrier PVdC coatings and laminations on the film. For even more hygroscopic formulations, Packshield manufactures triplex structure PVC / PE / PVdC packaging films.

BLISTER PACKING AND CARTONING MACHINES

Pampac is a comprehensive solution provider for pharmaceutical packaging in blisters and cartons, suitable for small, medium and large sized production batches. The range of blister packing machines includes designs based on rotary and flat platen thermoforming principle. They have an output ranging from 25 blisters / minute to over 600 blisters / minute. These blister packing machines are suitable to handle thermoforming films like PVC, PVdC, PVC / PE / PVdC, ACLAR and the cold forming ALU / ALU film.

Additional features available on the blister packing machine include, various feeding systems, blister tooling, online camera inspection system with automatic rejection facility, pharma code and 2D matrix code readers, embossing or over printing units.

The cartoning machines are classified in terms of level of automation and versatility to handle outputs either tuck in type or glued type of cartons. The output ranges from 40 cartons / minute up to 220 cartons / minute, to pack blisters, bottles, ampoules, vials, pouches, tubes and combination packs. Various attachments like empty carton rejection systems, batch coding, leaflet folding and insertion unit can be provided along with the cartoning machines.

Pampac has over 1500 installations worldwide including more than 50 integrated blister-cartoning lines which are supported by an efficient service, change part and spares department for highest levels of customer satisfaction.
